How we raise our cattle:
Our cattle are born, raised, and finished on our ranch in NW Oklahoma where they spend their entire, lives on our grass pastures. Then once our beef reaches their finish weight they are locally processed and dry aged for 14 - 21 days. The dry aging process makes the rich beef flavor even better plus will help to further tenderize the meat.
